Karachi: Due to the recent cold wave, the minimum temperature in Karachi is expected to reach 11 degrees on Sunday.
According to the Meteorological Department, the weather will remain dry in the city until Sunday, with cold nights, and the minimum temperature could be recorded between 11 and 13 degrees.
The Pakistan Meteorological Department reported that the minimum temperature in Karachi was 16.5 degrees on Friday, while on Thursday, December 5, the temperature dropped to 4.3 degrees, resulting in the 16.5 degrees recorded on Friday.
The Meteorological Department also stated that from December 8, a mild cold wave will affect Sindh, with the minimum temperature in Upper Sindh expected to range from 7 to 9 degrees at night, 9 to 11 degrees in Central Sindh, and 10 to 12 degrees in Southern Sindh.
Along with the cold nights, fog is also expected in the morning in Upper Sindh.
