According to details, following the special orders of Inspector General of Police Islamabad Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi, SP Delfin briefed the Dolphin Team officials.
SP Delfin Syed Kazam Naqvi said patrolling should be more effective in fighting crime in Islamabad, especially in areas where crime rates are higher.
Incentives to arrest criminals were expanded and a zero tolerance policy was introduced against corruption in the police force.
In addition, SP Delfin reaffirmed the importance of all police officers in the prevention and control of crime and emphasized their role in ensuring the safety of life and property of citizens.
The creation of the Dolphin Squad aims to instill confidence in its residents about their safety without tarnishing the department’s reputation. Officers are required to demonstrate good behavior and adhere to anti-crime policies.
Officers are reminded of their duty to respond quickly to reports of crime and to look for suspicious persons or license plates.
He further said that protecting lives and property of citizens remains the priority of Islamabad Police. He expressed hope that all officers will play an important role in ensuring the safety of citizens and improving the department’s reputation.
