Lahore: The Pakistan Cricket Board has appointed Shaheen Afridi as the captain of the T20 and Shaan Masood as the captain of the Test team, while Muhammad Hafeez will be the new team director in place of Mickey Arthur.
The Pakistan Cricket Board made important changes in the national team and appointed fast bowler Shaheen Shah Afridi as the captain of the T20 team and Shaan Masood as the captain of the ODI team. It has been decided to appoint former fast bowler Wahab Riaz as the new chief selector.

The Pakistan Cricket Board has changed the portfolio of its entire coaching staff, including director Mickey Arthur. All the coaches will hold responsibilities at the National Cricket Academy.
