An important announcement regarding gold jewelry has been made by the Saudi authorities. While those who have gold ornaments have been warned in this regard.
According to the report of the international news organization, the Saudi Federation of Chambers of Industry and Commerce says that Quranic verses should not be written on gold ornaments and vessels.
The said ban has been imposed by the Saudi Federation of Chambers of Industry and Commerce in the context of the instructions issued by the Grand Mufti and the Minister of Interior of Saudi Arabia.
Saudi Mufti Ala said that desecration of the Quranic verses cannot be allowed under any circumstances, the verses of the Holy Quran have been revealed for the guidance of humans. It is not allowed to be used for any purpose other than this purpose.
The Grand Mufti of Saudi Arabia forbade the writing of verses of the Holy Qur’an on dishes, gold ornaments and decorative items, pointing out that some people use ornaments and utensils with verses of the Qur’an for amulets.
Meanwhile, the Saudi Interior Minister has also emphasized that the name of (Allah) should not be written on any paper, utensils or equipment that people usually use and throw away.
It should be noted that in 2015, Saudi Arabia’s Dar al-Ifta issued a fatwa on the subject of Allah’s names and attributes.
In the issued fatwa, it was forbidden to write the names and attributes of Allah in any place or on any paper or vessel, etc., which do not honor them.
