KARACHI: Leading Dubai real estate company Samana Developers has signed two joint venture agreements with Defense Housing Authority (DHA) to explore and develop mixed residential and commercial projects across various Defense Housing Authorities (DHAs) in Pakistan, with a primary focus on DHA Islamabad. and DHA City Karachi.
