When Rockstar Games announced the release window for the much-anticipated Grand Theft Auto VI (GTA VI), excitement built among the game’s fans.
According to the financial report of Take-Two Interactive, the next installment in the excellent series will be released in the fall of 2025.
The announcement follows the unveiling of GTA VI’s first trailer last December, which confirmed a release date of 2025. The newly revealed launch window gives fans who want a more concrete time frame for the game’s arrival.
GTA VI is 8th installment in series and 16th overall, marking gap of 12 years since the release of GTA V. The game promises to introduce new characters, Lucia and Jason, two partners in crime, and transport players back to the city of Miami- Inspired Vice, located in Leonidas, Florida.
The parent company of Rockstar Games, 2K and Private Sector Take-Two Interactive are forecasting strong performance for the next fiscal year, forecasting a 10 percent rise in net income over the next 12 months.
The company also announced that other titles such as NBA 2K25, WWE 2K25 and Legends: The Lord of the Rings Game will be launched by March 2025.
