As people age, changes in facial features and skin are a natural process. However, when these changes occur at a young age, it can be concerning.
Skin specialist Dr. Batool, during a private TV program, provided solutions for getting rid of wrinkles and dark spots. She explained that an increase in hemoglobin levels or a decrease in iron levels can cause dark spots, and most wrinkles are due to iron deficiency. She also mentioned that excessive use of mobile phones or TV screens can contribute to wrinkles, as the strain on the eyes from screen exposure leads to these effects.
Dr. Batool said that even girls as young as 15 come to her with complaints about wrinkles, and she advises them to reduce screen time and use good creams or serums. She also recommended wearing glasses while using a laptop or TV to prevent excess strain on the eyes.
To prevent these skin issues, she emphasized eating foods and fruits that fulfill the body’s nutritional needs.
