Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty’s husband, and a well-known businessman in India, Raj Kundra, has once again found himself embroiled in controversy.
According to Indian media, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) has raided Raj Kundra’s house, office, and several other locations.
The media reports suggest that this action by the ED is part of an investigation into money laundering, allegedly linked to the production of adult films and content, and its distribution through mobile applications.
ED officials have stated that the raids are also targeting the premises of some of Raj Kundra’s associates. The purpose of the investigation is to uncover the individuals involved in this illegal business and trace the sources of the funds.
It is noteworthy that Raj Kundra was previously arrested on charges of producing and distributing adult film content, although he was later released on bail.
