Lahore: Provincial Information Minister Azmi Bukhari announced that the Punjab government has approved the Sikh marriage law.
Addressing a press conference with Minister for Minorities Ramesh Singh Arora, Minister of State Azmi Buhari said that the Sikh Marriage Act will be implemented immediately. He said that Maryam Nawaz’s initiative on Sikh Marriage Act was praised all over the world.
The provincial information minister said many countries are trying to educate us about minority rights. Religious minorities have always been a priority for Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz. The Punjab government is taking measures to create favorable conditions for the people.
The government now says that it understands that inflation is a normal problem. The Prime Minister of Punjab has reduced the price of wheat. Maryam Nawaz confirmed $ 1,000,000. 400 billion farmer cards yesterday.
Azmi Bukhari said the project was approved under the roof. Will build one million houses in Punjab under “My house is my roof” project. The opening ceremony of the “My house with a roof” project will be held on August 14.
“We are giving electric bikes. All the women who applied have been given electric bikes. An online network has been installed abroad,” said the provincial minister.
He further said, “We have started 100 new projects in Punjab. Maryam Nawaz has started all the unpromised projects. All this can be done only by the Prime Minister. His hands are in the hands of the people.”

Minority Minister Sardar Ramesh Singh Arora said: “Minority rights are Maryam Nawaz’s priority from day one. On Easter, 10,000 families were given grants. Maryam Nawaz visited Baba Guru Nanak and cut wheat.”
He said, “In the last five years, no rules were issued for the Sikh Marriage Act. As soon as our government came, we worked on the provisions of the Sikh and Hindu Marriage Act. Indian Punjabi media also showed this move of Prime Minister Maryam Nawaz , Indian media say that Pakistan is a friendly country for minorities.
Ramesh Singh Arora further said, “We have passed the first Sikh Marriage Act. We are also working on the provisions of the Indian Marriage Act. Maryam Nawaz talked about the implementation. My department will lay the road map for the next five years. Sikhism is the foundation of Pakistan.”
