Lahore BISE has officially announced the results of class 9 exams. A total of 287,000 candidates took part in the exams this year, which means a significant participation of students.
According to Zahid Mian, Controller of Examinations for the Lahore Board, more than 127,000 students have passed the exams. However, 159,000 students failed their exams, making it a challenging year for many.
The overall success rate of this year’s exams IX. class is 44%, which means a 6% decrease compared to last year’s results. Zahid Mian noted this drop in pass rates and stressed the need for students to focus more on their studies to improve future results.

Multan
Similarly, Multan board also announced the results for 9th class annual exam. The results show the poor performance of educational institutions as a pass rate of 49.48% was recorded.
According to the results, 139,786 applicants took part in the annual matriculation exams for the 9th grade, of which 69,169 passed.

Faisalabad
Faisalabad Education Board has also officially announced the results of Class 9 exams which revealed an alarming trend as more than half of the students failed. Out of a total of 194,249 students who appeared for the exams, a pass rate of 48.05% was recorded, meaning that more than 50% of students failed the exams.
According to the Controller of Examinations, 93,340 students passed. This year’s results have raised concerns among education circles and parents, who are troubled by the disappointing results.

The low pass rate has raised questions about the current state of education in the region, with many calling for immediate action to address the academic challenges faced by students.
