ISLAMABAD – The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder challenged the Toshakhana and Al-Qadir Trust case trial in the Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Tuesday.
The PTI founder and former prime minister filed two petitions against the jail notices in the Toshkhana and Al-Qadir Trust cases. The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) chairman and others have sided in the case.
In his petition, the PTI founder took the stand that a notice of jail trial was issued on November 14 in the Al-Qadir Trust case, where a jail trial notice was issued on November 28 in Toshakhan’s case.
