LAHORE: Quetta Gladiators beat Lahore Qalandars by five wickets in the fourth match of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) Season 9 at the Gaddafi Stadium on Monday.
The Qalandars set a target of 188 runs for the Gladiators, which they chased down on the first ball of the 20th over.
Qalandars captain Shaheen Afridi won the toss and elected to bat first in the match played at the Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore.
The Qalandars scored 187 for seven in their allotted 20 overs.
Sahibzada Farhan was the top scorer for Qalandars with 62 runs while Jahandad Khan played an aggressive innings of 45 runs.
Jahandad Khan hit four sixes and three fours in a 17-ball knock.
Sikandar Raza scored 18 and Rassie van der Dussen scored 15 runs for the Qalandars. Shaheen Afridi scored 12 and Abdullah Shafiq added 11 runs. Fakhar Zaman and Carlos Brathwaite scored six runs each.
Mohammad Hasnain and Aqeel Hussain claimed two wickets each for Gladiators while Mohammad Amir, Mohammad Wasim and Abrar Ahmed claimed one wicket each.
Quetta Gladiators reached the target of 188 runs with five balls to spare.
Khawaja Nafay played an unbeaten innings of 60 runs for the Gladiators. Khawaja Nafay hit three sixes and four fours in his 31-ball knock.
