Gujranwala: A petition has been filed in court against the Pakistani cricket team for losing cricket matches to the United States and India in the ICC T20 World Cup.
The plea filed by the lawyer was sent to the court of Additional Sessions Judge, Gujranwala, Tamseel Zain Naqvi.
According to the petition, a mutiny case should be registered against Captain Babar Azam and other members of the group.
In addition, legal proceedings against the team manager, coach, and head selector have been requested.
The court asked the police for a report on the case registration and directed SHO Arup police station to submit the report on June 21.
It may be noted that the ICC T20 World Cup is currently being held in USA, where Pakistan beat USA by 5 runs and India beat Pakistan by 6 runs in the Super Over.
