Pakistani actress and model Arij Chaudhry has stated that people often curse and give bad wishes on social media because of the negative characters she plays.
Arij recently appeared on a private TV morning show, where she discussed various topics, including her roles as negative characters in dramas. She shared, “My own personality is very positive, and in real life, the things I oppose are often the same in negative characters. Therefore, understanding and working on negative roles is difficult for me.”
The actress gave an example from her recently concluded popular drama, saying, “In the drama, there is a married couple, and I am trying to separate them. I kept thinking, ‘What am I doing?’ and it was a real challenge for me, one that I experienced very differently.”
In response to a question, Arij explained, “Until people meet me in person, they curse me and give bad wishes on social media because of my negative roles. But once they meet me, their perspective changes, and they tell me, ‘You don’t look bad at all.'”
It’s worth noting that Arij Chaudhry has acted in hit dramas such as Kabhi Mein Kabhi Tum, Woh Pagal Si, Turk Wafa, Dhai Chal, and Gentleman. She has also represented Pakistan in several international beauty pageants.
