Former Punjab Chief Minister Chaudhry Parvez Elahi shifted back to Adiala jail on Friday.
According to details, Elahi was shifted back to Adiala prison after his health condition improved and medical test reports were normal.
Earlier, Elahi was shifted to Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS) Hospital after his condition deteriorated.

The Appellate Tribunal of the Lahore High Court allowed Moonis Elahi to contest the by-election.
The tribunal accepted the nomination papers of Moonis Elahi and set aside the decision of the Returning Officer (RO).
The returning officer rejected the PP-158 nomination papers of the former federal minister.
