TCS – A well-known transport and logistics company in Pakistan – has reached an important milestone with the successful completion of an important cargo shipment from Pakistan to Azerbaijan via Kazakhstan.
TCS has managed smooth logistics operations starting from Karachi port, via Baku port in Azerbaijan and Caspian Aktau in Kazakhstan.
It covered a total distance of 4,820 kilometers and took about 21 days, demonstrating TCS’s ability to manage complex international transit routes.
“This successful shipment is an important step in strengthening trade relations between Pakistan and Azerbaijan,” said a TCS spokesperson. “We are proud to facilitate such important logistics operations that strengthen regional economic integration and cooperation.”
This initiative received strong support from the Embassy of Kazakhstan and demonstrated a joint effort to increase Kazakhstan’s transit capacity and revitalize trade routes in the region.
According to the official of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan, the shipment mainly consists of pharmaceutical products from Pakistan, showing the importance of the growth of multilateral trade links facilitated by reliable and efficient logistics channels.
“Pakistan’s strategic location and infrastructure, including the Trans-Afghanistan Corridor and the Karakoram Highway, provide significant opportunities to expand transit capabilities,” said logistics experts in Pakistan. “The success of TCS shows the potential for further development of trade routes that benefit the economies of Central Asia and beyond.”
As TCS continues to lead international logistics, stakeholders expect broader economic integration and strengthened diplomatic ties, reflecting Pakistan’s critical role in promoting regional trade connectivity and economic growth.
