ISLAMABAD – Members of Pakistan’s Male Champions of Change (MCC) gathered for a quarterly meeting organized by Syngenta Pakistan where they shared best practices on ongoing topics for gender equality, in addition to the Empowerment and Gender Equality Goals to empower women in organizations and communities. make new commitments to
Private sector leaders gathered in a collaborative meeting on the theme of “Building Buy-in for Gender Equality”, sharing best practices and actionable actions from all members, and identifying ways to internalize the “Diverse Coalition Champions” strategy in their organizations. conducted to cross-pollinate and share knowledge.
At the meeting, Syngenta Pakistan demonstrated its commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) by sharing details of initiatives such as Women in Sales: a first-of-its-kind manufacturing program designed to transform and unlock ideas; opportunities for women in areas previously dominated by men.
