One Homes Unveils Million Lahore Residential Project at London Launch

LONDON: British-Pakistani property developer One Homes has unveiled One Edition, a new $35 million residential development in Lahore during a global keynote and media event at The May Fair Hotel in London.

The event marked the project’s first official presentation, showcasing its architecture, interior design, residential offerings, and lifestyle amenities ahead of its international launch across the United Kingdom, Europe, and North America.

One Edition marks One Homes’ return to Lahore after the success of One Canal Road, the company’s flagship residential project, which has now entered the handover phase. Designed by renowned Miami-based architect Kobi Karp, One Canal Road set a new benchmark for luxury residential living in the city and became one of Lahore’s most prominent addresses.

Speaking at the event, Aqib Hassan, Chief Commercial Officer of One Homes, said the success of One Canal Road demonstrated the company’s ability to deliver world-class developments in Pakistan.

“One Canal Road proved what was possible. We came to Lahore as an international developer, built in the heart of the city and set out to create a new standard in the market,” he said.

Hassan noted that the company’s property portfolio now exceeds $435 million across Lahore and Islamabad. He described One Edition as the next step in that growth, with a design inspired by Lahore’s culture rather than replicating international cityscapes.

“One Edition doesn’t try to imitate another city. It belongs here in Lahore. It feels like home. It’s modern living fused with a celebration of Lahore’s rich culture,” he added.

Located on Raiwind Road, around 10 minutes from Lahore Ring Road, the development offers convenient access to major residential communities, educational institutions, healthcare facilities, shopping centres, and other key destinations.

According to One Homes, One Edition has been designed specifically for overseas Pakistanis seeking premium residences that combine international standards of quality, comfort, and services while maintaining a strong connection to their hometown.

Architect Kobi Karp returns to lead the project’s design following his work on One Canal Road. This time, the architectural approach focuses on reflecting Lahore’s unique identity while incorporating modern design principles.

The project’s interiors have been designed by London-based Jolie Design Studio, which is making its Pakistan debut. The studio is known for creating spaces that emphasise comfort, atmosphere, and everyday living experiences.

Hassan said One Homes currently has more than $435 million worth of developments under construction across Lahore and Islamabad, with a continued focus on serving the overseas Pakistani community.
