Pakistan cricketer Azam Khan has said that he has not been given the opportunity to play a complete series in the four years since his international debut.
Speaking to veteran all-rounder Shoaib Malik, Khan said, “I believe I have been given more opportunities in league cricket. Because the franchises know my ability to win games.”
“I will consider other options if they are consistently ignored on the international circuit saying I am not up to international standards,” he said.

Khan highlighted the differences between foreign and local coaches: “When I play under foreign coaches, they don’t point out any mistakes in my techniques. But at home it’s a completely different experience because I feel like I have mistakes.”
“But watching my own batting gives me a lot of confidence that I am no less than others,” Khan said.
