ISLAMABAD: A foreign ministry spokesman said on Friday that no official of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) is currently visiting Pakistan and no political talks are planned shortly with the IAEA.
Responding to media inquiries regarding the IAEA delegation’s visit to Pakistan, the spokesperson said in a statement: “Any stories regarding the visit of a high-level IAEA delegation to Pakistan are fake news.

The IAEA Director General visited Pakistan in February 2023. The ministry issued media briefings on the occasion, she added.
