With a customer base of 44 million, including 30% women, Pakistan’s leading fintech JazzCash achieved 83% YoY growth in service revenue with a gross transaction value of PKR 7.4 trillion in Q2 2024. JazzCash’s vast network of 252,000 registered agents and over 3000057 , merchants, has enabled significant digitization of the company and payment/credit services, effectively transforming Pakistan’s financial landscape.

Haaris Mahmood Chaudhary, Interim CEO of Mobilink Bank highlighted, “Our innovative digital offerings embody our vision of a future-ready bank, tailored to the evolving needs of our customers. Our consumer application – Dost not only addresses gaps in the market, but also paves the way for the future of financial services.

The introduction of the “Heritability Calculator”, the first tool within the app, further reinforces our commitment to empowering individuals, especially women, through technology. This recognition by CFA Society Pakistan further strengthens our confidence to move closer to our mission of digital and financial inclusion for all.

The bank has also demonstrated its strong commitment to gender equality and financial inclusion by being ranked number one in the State Bank of Pakistan Women’s Friendliness Index. The score highlights Mobilink Bank’s dedicated efforts to promote gender equality and empower women, especially in the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) sector.

Looking ahead, the bank is determined to transform the microfinance sector with its advanced digital solutions. By offering premium financial services, Mobilink Bank aims to reach remote and underserved areas where formal banking is not available. This approach improves financial access, especially for women who are often excluded from traditional systems.
