Allegations that former Prime Minister Imran Khan’s wife Bushra Bibi was poisoned in Bani Kala jail have been proven false by a medical report released by the Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS).
A report prepared by a team of four senior women doctors stated that Bushra Bibi’s health was good.
Despite the initial discomfort, all reported symptoms subsided within an hour. After that, he continued to experience stomach discomfort a bad taste in his mouth, blocked ears, and nausea for several weeks.
Four senior female doctors examined Bushra Bibi in Bani Gala prison. According to the report, the medical examination did not reveal what Bushra Bibi was complaining about. The team of doctors prescribed him some medicine for the next 14 days.

The report also said that Bushra Bibi’s eyes were not examined because she did not give permission.
The findings of the medical team found no evidence to support the allegations of late poisoning of some members of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leadership.
Also, PTI founder Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi’s physician Dr Asim Yousuf on Thursday denied the claims of poisoning, saying there were no signs of poisoning. He said there was currently no evidence that the ex-wife had been poisoned and a poisoning test was not considered necessary.
