Masjid-i-Nabvi imam says Pakistan holds significant place in Muslim world

His Excellency Dr. Salah bin Mohammad Al-Budair, Imam of Masjid-i-Nabvi (PBUH) called on General Syed Asim Munir, NI (M), Chief of Army Staff (COAS) at General Headquarters today.

Issues of common interest were discussed during the meeting. COAS welcomed the dignitaries and emphasized that His Excellency Imam Masjid-i-Nabvi’s visit to Pakistan is a matter of honor for the people of Pakistan.

HE. The Imam of Masjid-i-Nabvi said that Pakistan has an important place in the Muslim world and is playing its vital role for peace and stability in the region. Both sides expressed satisfaction with Pak-Saudi relations.

In conclusion, H.E. The Imam of Masjid-i-Nabvi prayed for peace, stability and unity of the Muslim Ummah.
