Indian film industry superstar Vijay Thalapathy’s new film ‘Leo’ broke several records by doing business of more than 148 crores on the opening day.
‘Leo’ has also surpassed Rajinikanth’s ‘Jailor’, Prabhas’ ‘Aadi Parsh’ and Shah Rukh Khan’s ‘Jawan’ to become the biggest opening day business of 2023.
Prabhas’s ‘Aadi Parsh’ also did business close to these numbers on the first day, but after its first weekend, its business declined drastically.
Bollywood king Shah Rukh Khan’s film ‘Jawan’ is at the third position with a business of 129 crores, while with a total business of 1140 crores, it holds the title of the biggest film of the year.
Thriller and action-packed ‘Leo’ has hit theaters on October 19 and Sanjay Dutt is also playing an important role in it.
Superstar Thalapathy Vijay not only has a huge fan following in the Indian states of Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Karnataka but also has a large fan base abroad.
