ISLAMABAD: Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Ishaq Dar on Tuesday expressed deep sorrow over the devastating earthquake that struck Japan’s Kumamoto Prefecture.
In a post on his official X account, Dar extended his heartfelt condolences to the government and people of Japan, especially the families who lost their loved ones in the disaster.
He also wished a speedy recovery to those injured in the earthquake.
“Pakistan stands in solidarity with Japan during this difficult time,” the deputy prime minister said, reaffirming Pakistan’s support for Japan as it responds to the aftermath of the tragedy.
