Pakistani showbiz actor Muneeb Butt has expressed that living in a joint family is the best option. In a recent appearance on a private TV show, Muneeb shared his experiences of living with his family and described it as an effective solution to many issues, emphasizing the benefits of the joint family system.
He explained that he, his father, and his brother don’t find it better to live in separate homes because, in the early stages of marriage, many issues arise. In such situations, having parents or older family members around can help resolve conflicts between spouses and ease small problems.
Muneeb Butt mentioned that he finds peace of mind knowing that if he’s in Lahore, his father and brother are present at home to support his wife and children whenever there’s a problem. This makes the joint family system more advantageous.
He also pointed out that if each family member lives in separate portions and has their own kitchen, there’s no issue. Muneeb clarified by giving an example from his own home, where there are three portions: he lives in the lower portion, his brother lives with his wife and children on the second floor, and his parents reside in the third portion. Despite having separate kitchens and systems, they all live together under one roof, and, by God’s grace, they have not faced any problems so far.
Muneeb Butt has repeatedly highlighted the benefits of living in a joint family and has encouraged others to adopt it. He also mentioned that his wife personally prepares meals at home to maintain love and affection between them.
