ISLAMABAD: Iran-Pakistan gas pipeline project has been agreed to extend till September.
Chairman of the Standing Committee for Petroleum, Abdul Qadir, said that the two countries want to meet in such a way that the American sanctions do not have an effect. Earlier, during the negotiations, Iran’s position was that the American sanctions do not affect the gas trade.

He said on November 14 that Pakistan is facing gas shortage and is importing expensive LNG to meet the requirements.
