According to outage tracking website Downdetector.com, there were 488 reports of the Instagram app being down as of 6:30 a.m., while users around the world complained about their Instagram accounts being automatically logged out, Insider Paper reported.
The Downdetector.com report also shows 70 percent have login problems, 19 percent have problems with the application, and 11 percent of users have problems connecting to the server.
Instagram was also down for thousands of users yesterday, according to an outage tracking website. More than 5,000 users reported problems accessing the photo-sharing platform in the United States at the height of the outage, Downdetector data showed.
