Tehran: An Indian vlogger traveling to Iran became not only a fan of the help he received from a Pakistani student but also developed a positive opinion about Pakistan.
The vlogger, known as OnRoadIndian, shared a video of his pleasant experience, which quickly went viral not only in Pakistan and India but also in Iran, where people praised the Pakistani citizen for his kindness.
The Indian tourist was traveling to Tehran from Moscow, Russia, to explore Iran but was concerned about communication issues and what challenges he might face in Iran. He was asking fellow passengers on the plane for advice on which phone SIM card, app, and VPN to use in Iran.
It was at Tehran airport that he met Hussain, a Pakistani student residing in Iran, who offered to help him. However, the vlogger was unable to install a VPN on his phone because he lacked internet and a SIM card. Hussain then took him to his home and assisted him fully. Hussain even gave him a SIM card from his own stock so the vlogger could continue his travels.
The vlogger recorded the entire event and uploaded it, which has garnered thousands of views and hundreds of comments. One user commented, “I really liked the Pakistani guy helping an Indian in Iran.”
