• Details of Indian military and intelligence agencies’ efforts to spread unrest in the peaceful regions of Azad Jammu and Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan have surfaced.
•According to security sources, Indian military has a long history of unprovoked firing and subversive activities against unarmed civilians along the LoC.
•India is attempting sabotage activities by transportation and use of Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs) along the LoC.
•Evidence shows that since 2016, there have been 54 incidents of IEDs, planted by India along the LoC.
•There has been an increase in discovery and detonation of Indian IEDs in areas such as Chakothi, Neza Pir, Chirikot, Rakh Chikri, Dewa, Battal, Kot Kotera, and others.
•These Indian IED explosions have resulted in killings and injuring of numerous innocent civilians.
•India’s sabotage activities include the transportation of IEDs, weapons, and narcotics in areas like Bagh, Battal, Dewa, and others.
•Between February 4 and 6, 2025, four Indian IEDs were found in the Battal Sector and Rawalakot, resulting in martyrdom of one civilian.
•On February 12, 2025, Indian forces violated the ceasefire in the Dewa and Bagsar Sectors, resulting in injuries to two soldiers.
•Pakistan has also protested to India over spreading unrest and the transportation of Indian IEDs in areas like Poonch, Bagh, Kotli, Mirpur, and Rawalakot.
•Pakistan has shared evidence of these Indian subversive activities with United Nations’ officials present in these areas.

•In November 2022, a civilian shot and killed an Indian soldier in a video while the soldier was attempting to hide a weapons cache, as per security sources.
