Iftar-Dinner held in honor of Ambassadors & Diplomatic Corps

Rawalpindi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (RCCI) organized its annual Iftar Dinner in honor of Ambassadors, High Commissioners, Diplomats and Business Advisors in Islamabad.

RCCI President Saqib Rafiq and RCCI Group Head Sohail Altaf warmly welcomed the guests and thanked the ambassadors, dignitaries and businessmen for the stunning gathering.

In his welcome remarks, Saqib Rafiq said that the annual Iftar dinner is a regular feature of RCCI which aims to bring together distinguished members of the diplomatic corps and eminent personalities of the business fraternity.

In his speech, the leader of the group, Sohail Altaf, called for a cease-fire in Gaza and a peaceful solution for Palestine. He also sent his best wishes to Princess Catherine of Wales for a full recovery from cancer.

The event saw a remarkable turnout of diplomats representing a diverse range of nations, adding a touch of international flair to the gathering.
A large number of ambassadors and diplomats were present on the occasion, including the Dean of Ambassadors, Ambassador of Turkmenistan Atadjan Mulamov, Ambassadors of Egypt, Morocco, Malaysia, Ethiopia, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, Finland, Belarus, Iran, Romania, Kenya, Nepal, Korea, Italy and Zimbabwe .

Senior Vice President Muhammad Hamza Sarosh, Vice President Mr. Faisal Shahzad, Past Presidents, Executive Committee Members, Zia Ullah Shah, Raja Hanif, Provincial Assembly Members (Punjab), Dr. Khurram Tariq President Faisalabad Chamber of Commerce , Tariq Jadoon President Small Chamber of Commerce and Small Industries Azhar-Ul-Islam Zafar Vice President Islamabad Chamber Director AIC Ejaz Qamar Kiani Qazi Shaukat Mahmood Chairman Qazi Group of Companies Saboohi Hussain President , Women Chamber of Commerce Rawalpindi and representatives of district and local administrations, representatives of Anjuman-e-Tajiran, female members, representatives of TDAP, editors and head of the bureau from Print and Electronic Media and a large number of members and traders attended the annual Iftar dinner.
