A woman in the U.S. won a lottery worth $1 million (279 million PKR) after stepping out to buy ice cream.
The woman, from Kentucky (whose identity has not been disclosed), shared that she went to the market last week to satisfy her ice cream craving. On the way, she stopped at a station and purchased a Kentucky Jackpot Scratch-Off ticket.
She scratched the $20 ticket and discovered she had won $1 million.
Recalling the moment, she said, “I started scratching the card from left to right. At first, I thought I had just won my $20 back. Then, I thought it was $100. But then, I saw a comma, which meant there were more numbers!”
She was so excited about the win that she canceled her ice cream plans altogether.
