ICC announces additional ticket sales for T20 World Cup matches

The International Cricket Council (ICC) has some exciting news for cricket enthusiasts around the world as it announces further ticket sales for the upcoming ICCT Twenty World Cup. Fans eagerly anticipating the tournament can secure their seats for 13 matches, including the highly-anticipated semi-final, from 19 March.

The ticket sales will include matches of teams like Pakistan playing against Ireland and America. Tickets are reasonably priced, with a $6 minimum, ensuring accessibility for fans from a variety of backgrounds. Additionally, premium ticket options are available with prices set at $35 and up. The fan response was overwhelming, with the ICC receiving more than 11.3 million ticket requests during the voting process.

This fervent enthusiasm underscores the general anticipation of the tournament. The vast majority of matches, 51 out of 55 in total, were initially made available for purchase, with plans for more ticket offers in the future. While the sale initially includes hospitality packages for West Indies and New York stadiums, packages for Grand Prairie Stadium and Broward County Stadium will be announced at a later date, according to the ICC.

Co-hosted by the USA and the West Indies in June, the ICCT Twenty World Cup promises to be an electrifying showcase of cricketing talent on a global stage, bringing together fans from different corners of the world to celebrate the sport they love.
