Pakistan’s senior actress Fazila Qazi has spoken about her husband, actor Qaiser Nizamani, saying that he plays the role of her daughter-in-law’s mother-in-law, not her mother-in-law.
Fazila Qazi and Qaiser Nizamani are considered to be one of the most popular couples in showbiz. They recently took part in a private TV show where they discussed the successes and failures of their married life.
The actress mentioned, “In our house, the rule is that I will take care of domestic affairs while Qaiser will not interfere. However, I advise him on some external matters.”
She said nonchalantly, “They comment on some household matters, but I don’t listen to them. Taking care of cleanliness in the household is essential, especially when it comes to working women.”
She jokingly added, “When your husband is so meticulous that he examines everything, you have to be very careful because I’m not clean either.”
The actress answered the moderator’s question: “For my daughter-in-law, Qaiser is her mother-in-law. There is a mother-in-law in him. I have a good friendship with my daughter-in-law, but she is a little nervous about Qaiser, when I went out, Qaiser was very afraid of what to cook, but they add more spices.
She added: “My poor daughter-in-law was getting upset and calling me on the phone asking what I should cook for my father-in-law to have. When are you coming back?”
