While the Chinese video platform TikTok faces the threat of a ban in the U.S., Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg has made a lucrative offer to popular TikTokers to join Facebook and Instagram.
According to the company, if these popular creators share content on Meta platforms for three months, they will receive a bonus of $5000.
Meta stated on its website that influencers approved to join the ‘Breakthrough Bonus Program’ will receive payments within the first 90 days, as long as they continue posting regularly. Payments will be based on the evaluation of their presence.
By sharing on all Meta platforms, creators will also gain access to Facebook’s monetization program, allowing them to earn additional money from their posts.
Additionally, Meta is offering these prominent creators a free trial of Meta Verified, which has a monthly fee ranging from $15 to $120.
