FO expresses grief over loss of lives in Philippines

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan on Tuesday expressed deep grief over the devastation caused by a landslide in the southern Philippines that claimed many lives. “Sincere condolences to the government and people of the Philippines and the families of the deceased,” the State Department said on its official X account.

She went on to say that it was another grim reminder of the devastation caused by climate change and the need for collective action to overcome it.
