Renowned Pakistani television and film actress Faiza Hassan has offered valuable advice to new actors entering the industry.
Faiza Hassan recently participated in a podcast where she shared her views on actors’ behavior and the current state of the drama industry.
She emphasized that actors should adopt a specific code of conduct on set. She said, “Actors should maintain discipline. Most actors have good behavior, but they should avoid taking selfies, engaging in unnecessary conversations, and putting others down. These behaviors are against the professional environment.”
Faiza Hassan also compared the past and present of the drama industry. She mentioned, “Today, the industry has become a more organized sector, and the production quality has improved. In the past, we used to iron our own clothes and write continuity notes ourselves, but today these tasks are handled professionally.”
She further added that today’s actors are more interested in money and fame rather than the work itself.
Faiza Hassan also praised Aiza Khan and Hamza Ali Abbasi’s drama “Noor Jahan” and said it changed the perception that stories cannot be written for older characters.
It is worth noting that Faiza Hassan is a highly talented Pakistani television and film artist who has been working in the industry for many years. Some of her notable dramas include La Hasil, Uzan-e-Rukhsat, Sahil Ki Tamanna, Burns Road Ki Nilofer, and Nand.
