Renowned Pakistani actress Salma Hassan recently appeared on a TV show, where she made some interesting revelations about her personal life and family background.
During the show, while playing a game segment, Salma for the first time discussed her mother’s background and her native language. She explained that Urdu is not her mother tongue, and as a result, she sometimes makes mistakes with words.
Salma said, “My national language is English because my mother was partially British, and my grandmother was fully British. However, I am well-versed in Urdu’s alphabet and can read it as well.”
It is worth noting that Salma Hassan began her career with the successful comedy series “Sub Set Hai,” and later captivated audiences with her acting in several popular dramas. Some of her notable dramas include Pyar Ke Sadqe, Kahani, Baddua, Mujhe Pyar Hua Tha, Fairy Tale, and more. Currently, she is impressing viewers with her remarkable performances in Jan Se Pyara Joni and Bhram.
