CMG holds Global Media Dialogue in Cambodia

On March 19, the China Media Group (CMG) Global Media Dialogue was held in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The event was co-hosted by CMG Asia-Pacific and the Royal Academy of Cambodia. Nearly 100 participants from the political, business, academic and media circles of China and Cambodia gathered to engage in keynote speeches and panel discussions on topics such as China’s modernization, high-quality cooperation in the Belt and Road, and the concept of a shared destiny between the two nations.

The meeting participants recognized that China serves as a robust engine for global economic growth and its modernization model presents new opportunities for development in countries such as Cambodia. The Cambodian community looks forward to working with China to accelerate progress on the Belt and Road Initiative.

At this event, CMG Asia-Pacific and the Royal Academy of Cambodia reached a common intention to jointly issue the “Outlook Report on High-Quality Belt and Road Cooperation between China and Cambodia”.
