A Canadian photographer and a female model, with the help of a diving expert, broke their own Guinness World Record by conducting an underwater photoshoot at a depth of 163.38 feet off the coast of Florida, USA. Photographer Steven Hanning and model Ciara Antoski, with the assistance of American diving and safety expert Wayne Freiman, surpassed the underwater photoshoot record set in 2021 at a depth of 21 feet.
Hanning and Antoski had undergone months of technical training, including gas blending and decompression practice, which enabled them to break their previous record. The shoot took place at the Hydro Atlantic Shipwreck at Boca Raton’s coastline. During the record-breaking mission, Hanning captured images at 163.38 feet while Antoski continued her role as the model.
