Pakistan women cricketer Bismah Maroof decided to retire from international cricket on Thursday.
According to the details, Maroof said, “I am determined to take up the sport that I love. My journey in cricket has been unforgettable.”
He acknowledged the role of Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and fans in his career and said, “PCB, teammates, family and fans have always supported me.”
Maroof represented Pakistan in 136 ODIs and scored 3369 runs at an average of 29.55.
In 140 WT20Is, Maroof scored 2893 runs at an average of 27.55.
