Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Barrister Ghauhar Ali Khan said that the Supreme Court of Pakistan (SCP) verdict on the truth of the reserved seats case has brought happiness to the democratic people of Pakistan.
“This decision will go down in history.” We got our due. They said our rights were being attacked. Today, 11 judges ruled in our favor,” he said.
“The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) is seeking injunctions. Our internal certificate should be issued this week.
“The biggest contribution was from KP Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapura. He kept his promise at the KP assembly. Re-election is out of the question,” the PTI chairman said.
“By reading the dissenting remarks, Faiz Isa has not done anything strange,” commented CJP Wazi Faez Isa, who read the dissenting remarks of Justice Jamal Mandohel.
PTI counsel on the SIC reserved seat case Salman Akram Raja said, “Today is a golden day in the history of Pakistan. We won the legal war and we will win the democratic war as well.”
“Our aim is to bring democracy to Pakistan,” he said.
