Babar Azam-led Pakistan will host Ireland in the first T20I at Castle Avenue in Dublin today.
According to details, the Pakistan national cricket team on Thursday took part in a training session in all divisions ahead of the crucial series.
Before that, Azam and Stirling both won the T20I series trophy.
Meanwhile, the Green Shirts played a home series against New Zealand which ended 2-2.
After 15 years, Paul Stirling-led Ireland will host Pakistan in a T20I. Ireland only locked horns against Pakistan in the ICC T20 World Cup in London in 2009, when Pakistan beat Ireland by 39 runs.
With the World Cup around the corner, visitors are taking advantage of this great opportunity to prepare for the mega event.
Pakistan will also host England in a four-match T20I series before hitting the American climate to claim the T20 World Cup title after 15 years.
