The biggest battery update for the Apple iPhone 16 Pro is set to come with a 9.25% increase over the battery in the iPhone 15 Pro.
The Weibo leaker Instant Digital claims that the battery of the iPhone 16 Pro Max would increase by 5.74%, from 4,422 mAh to 4,676 mAh. However, Apple plans to release the biggest battery upgrade for the iPhone 16 Pro.
According to the latest rumors, the phone will have a 3,577mAh battery, which is 9.25% more than the iPhone 15 Pro’s 3,274mAh battery.
An earlier rumor said that the tech giant may unveil a major redesign for the iPhone 16 Pro.
The iPhone 16 Pro Max is expected to have a 6.9-inch display, up from the previous 6.7-inch display on the iPhone 15 Pro Max, according to leaks, suggesting that the upcoming 16-series handsets may see a larger display.
After tipster Majin Bu posted an image showing the iPhone 16 Pro Max and iPhone 15 Pro Max, rumors of a larger display have gained momentum.
Many people noted that the iPhone 16 Pro Max seemed larger than the iPhone 15 Max.
Meanwhile, the iPhone 16 and 16 Plus are believed to be available in their original 6.1-inch and 6.7-inch sizes.
Although Apple has not formally revealed the release date of its next series, several insiders suggest that the tech giant is preparing for a new iPhone, as it often releases new models in September.
