A delegation of Young Doctors Association met with ED PIMS Prof.Imran Sikandar

Islamabad: In view of the unjustified increase of 12000 in electricity bills, a delegation of Young Doctors Association met with ED PIMS Rana Imran Sikandar, the delegation included President YDA Dr. Waqar Ahmed, Vice President Dr. Hasher Iqbal, General Secretary Dr. Syed Saad Joint Secretary Dr. Saeed Dr. Farhan and Executive Member Dr. Shahzad Aslam and Dr. Arif and others met the Executive Director PIMS and demanded to take notice of additional burden of bills on doctors without increasing their salary. Taking note of this, the Executive Director immediately assured to solve the problem of young doctors, which was welcomed by YDA. It should be remembered that AC bills are not collected from the young doctors who work tirelessly day and night in the hostels of any government hospital in Pakistan and they are paid by the government. Keeping this in mind, Executive Director PIMS Rana Imran Sikander asked this. It was demanded that our bills should be paid by the government like other government hostels and this extreme step was taken in Wahid Pims Hospital. Which is being criticized a lot. We will continue to fight for the rights of doctors in the same way and we will prove ourselves as frontline soldiers for the rights of doctors.
