The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has released the results of 264 National Assembly constituencies on the website. According to the ECP, Azad-backed PTI in 93 National Assembly seats, PML-N in 75 and Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) candidate in 54.

Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid (PML-Q) and JUI won three seats each, while Istehkam-e-Pakistan Party (IPP) won two seats and Majlis Wahdat al-Musleen, Zia Muslim League and Balochistan National Party each won one seat. each.
