EPA Punjab Raises Awareness on Smog Control at University of Agriculture Faisalabad

FAISALABAD: Dr. Zafar Iqbal, Additional Director General (Operations) of the Punjab Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), delivered an awareness lecture on the Smog Mitigation Plan at the University of Agriculture Faisalabad.

The session focused on practical measures to reduce seasonal smog, the role of institutions in controlling air pollution and the importance of collective action to protect air quality.

Students and faculty members participated in the awareness session, providing an opportunity to discuss the environmental and public health challenges linked to poor air quality and the measures that can help reduce pollution.

Dr. Zafar Iqbal highlighted the importance of public awareness and institutional cooperation in implementing measures aimed at controlling smog.
