House of Amir Adnan Unfolds the Runway to Retail Model at Darbar S/S 26 Launch

Under the new era leadership of CEO Parishae Adnan, House of Amir Adnan introduced a strategic shift to the stage of fashion, blending creative artistry on the ramp with immediate business execution! Through the glamorous launch of Spring Summer 2026 Darbar Collection, the fashion brand successfully launched its Runway-to-Retail model which aims to minimize the gap between design and retail.

In addition to aligning production volumes with consumer demands to achieve relevance and immediacy, the Runway-to-Retail model through tighter integration of design, production and retail, is expected to control excessive stock build up, shorten holding periods and limit reliance on mark downs. Moreover, enhanced supply chain predictability is another notable outcome of the model. Demand-structured planning reduces inefficiencies and wastage, thereby fostering a healthier work relationship with local artisans and manufacturing partners.

Selective fashion pieces displayed on the show were made available for purchase the very next day across retail channels, thereby directly challenging the traditional methods of delays between design and retail in fast fashion, as ironic as it may sound. “This is a deliberate move toward tighter operational discipline,” stated the CEO and design head, Parishae Adnan. “Darbar is not only a creative statement—it represents how we are restructuring the business to respond faster to consumer demand while maintaining control over inventory health and production quality.” Parishae Adnan focuses on sustainability in her craft. This tactical move bridges the gap between runway displays and actual product availability, thereby significantly reducing the anticipation period spanning weeks, even months in the world of fashion.

A powerful trilogy of inheritance, tension and command was unveiled at the S/S 26 Darbar Launch in over 60 majestic ensembles crafted in luminous silks, hand-loomed brocades, and breezy organzas on moonlit pastels. Layered in embroideries and smooth textures, the collection was perfected in rich velvets, and maroons and golds- an expression of authority and intent, rooted in structure, hierarchy and modern identity.

The Darbar fashion show set the tone for a glamorous evening, attracting a distinguished crowd from the media and fashion fraternity who gathered to celebrate the creative vision of CEO Parishae. The red carpet saw appearances by Ahsan Khan alongside his wife, Fatima Khan, Tapu Javeri, Zoya Nasir, Anzela Abbasi with her husband, Arjumand Rahim, Aamna Isani, and more. Parishae’s parents, Amir Adnan and Huma Adnan, expressed immense admiration for their daughter’s achievement.

Khalikdina Hall, one of Pakistan’s oldest and grandest landmarks, a powerful emblem of resilience and culture since the 20th century, served as the perfect stage for Darbar, showcasing contemporary fashion whose roots run deep into tradition. The Runway-to-Retail model opens the stage for a timely contribution to the fashion world, a step worth embracing.
