An American man was left stunned after receiving a printed picture instead of the drill machine he ordered online from an international platform.
Sylvester Franklin, a 68-year-old resident of Georgia, purchased a drill machine and a pressure washer from an online store last November for $40. However, when his parcel arrived in December, he was shocked to find only a printed picture of the drill machine inside the box.
“I paid $40, and all I got was a picture of the drill and screws,” Sylvester said, expressing his frustration. He has contacted the platform to request a refund, but as of now, no formal response has been received regarding his refund.
