An unusual incident occurred in the city of Chiniot, Punjab, where a husband ended up in jail while attempting to reconcile with his angry wife.
According to police officials, the husband, Ali Raza, tried to convince his wife to return home by staging a gunshot injury. He inflicted a wound on himself with a sharp object and then reported that he had been shot. Ali Raza claimed that he fabricated the gunshot injury in hopes that his wife would return.
Upon investigation, police discovered that the shooting was a lie, and the husband was arrested.
